Domestic shipping and international shipping
Domestic shipping is free of charge with Australia post shipping on orders of $250 and above. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International orders are shipped via UPS for an additional fee or for free on orders of $450 and above. Zohar is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed for international shipping, and Zohar is not responsible for delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for the acceptance of the order upon delivery. Zohar is not responsible for any lost packages or delays in delivery.
Returns
All pieces may be returned within 5 days of delivery date for credit only. For credit, jewellery must be received in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was bought, as determined by Edelshtein Jewellery. Customers are responsible for all shipment charges on returned items.
